Reference for the science and the system: what each part does, how it is checked, and how to run it.

Scientific safeguards

The pipeline, with a guide for each part

A population-location registry places every observation. Counts go straight to the data service and the map as measured points; separately, frequency and disease-burden models turn them into modeled estimates that pass a validation gate before the data service. The two arrive at the map as separate layers.

The pipeline, with a guide for each part. Safeguards apply to every part.

The repository labels the six parts P0 to P5. You only need them to match an issue to its part.

Internal label Plain-language part What it does
P0 Population locations Records where sampled populations were studied and how precise that place is.
P1 Measured evidence Preserves allele counts, study methods, and exact source references.
P2 Frequency modeling Estimates geographic patterns and reports uncertainty and missing support.
P3 Disease-burden modeling Connects supported frequencies to carefully defined health estimates.
P4 Data service Delivers prepared measurements and model results to applications.
P5 Interactive map Makes the evidence, estimates, uncertainty, and gaps explorable.

These guides summarize. Frozen schemas, design documents, plans and issue decisions remain authoritative.
